Aside from working on my own online pastry and baked goods web-based business, Gabriela's Pastry & Sweets, I have an uncontrollable obsession for all things "kitchen".

Cooking from a young age to escape the world of chain fast-foods and mashed potatoes in a box, I have expanded my knowledge far and wide, trying to leave no 'culinary stone' un-turned. And there is still so much more to discover! That's the beauty of gastronomy! 

Here I will share new discoveries, experiments and just plain indulgences for you to discover and try as well. From the exotic to the just plain give-it-to-me-now laziness.
